At XPERT Homecare, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Service Cancellation

  • If you cancel a booking 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee or partial refund.

2. Service Issues

  • If you are unsatisfied with the service, please report within 24 hours of completion.

  • We will review your complaint and may provide a re-service or partial refund, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refunds will be processed once the service has been fully delivered and accepted.

  • No refund for services booked under special discounts or promotional offers.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
