At XPERT Homecare, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Service Cancellation
If you cancel a booking 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee or partial refund.
2. Service Issues
If you are unsatisfied with the service, please report within 24 hours of completion.
We will review your complaint and may provide a re-service or partial refund, depending on the situation.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be processed once the service has been fully delivered and accepted.
No refund for services booked under special discounts or promotional offers.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
